This MS51FB9AE / N76E003AT20 Development Board combines a high-performance 1T 8051-based microcontroller with a full feature set and ready-to-use hardware interface. The microcontroller offers high clock speed up to 16 MHz (or 24 MHz in some variants), integrated Flash memory, SRAM, ADC, PWM, serial interfaces, and low-power modes.
The board includes USB or UART connectivity for easy programming and debugging, power regulation for 2.4 V–5.5 V operation, standard headers for GPIO expansion, reset and user buttons, and built-in indicators.
