(-37%)The LDR Module with both AO & DO output – LM393 is a light-sensitive detection module that uses an LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) and the LM393 comparator to sense light intensity. It provides both analog (AO) and digital (DO) outputs, making it ideal for smart lighting, automation, and light detection projects.
Product details
The LDR Module with LM393 is a highly versatile light detection module designed for electronic and IoT applications. It uses an LDR sensor to detect changes in ambient light and converts this information into an analog voltage (AO) proportional to the light intensity. For threshold-based operation, the onboard LM393 comparator provides a digital output (DO), which activates once the light level crosses the set value.
A precision potentiometer allows users to adjust the sensitivity of the digital trigger point. Power and output status are indicated by onboard LED indicators. The module supports 3.3V–5V operation, making it compatible with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontrollers.
