The ACS712 20A Current Sensor Module is built around the ACS712 Hall-effect current sensor IC, capable of measuring bidirectional currents up to ±20A. It outputs a linear analog voltage signal that is directly proportional to the sensed current, enabling easy integration with microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and others.
With internal galvanic isolation, the module ensures safe current measurement without direct electrical contact between the load and the control circuit. A sensitivity of 100 mV/A allows accurate monitoring of motor loads, power supply outputs, battery systems, and household energy systems. Its compact size and onboard filtering capacitor support stable and low-noise sensing in embedded applications.
