Shipping Policy
Courier Partners
We ship orders only through reputed courier partners such as FedEx, Aramex, and BlueDart to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- On special request, we may use India Post EMS Speed Post for remote locations. However, we cannot guarantee compliance as acceptance depends on postal verification.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- We make our best efforts to ship all orders on the same day.
- 99% of orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:30 PM (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Customers can expect deliveries between 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- The product will be delivered within 2–5 business days or Maximum 10-12 Bussiness Days. Please note delivery times may vary based on courier operations, intermediate transit locations, or unforeseen delays.
Important Notes
- All items (including gifts) are shipped with an invoice mentioning the product price, as required by Indian Tax Regulations.
- While we strive to ship all items together, in some cases items may be shipped separately due to product characteristics or availability. Customers will be notified in such cases.
- If you notice tampering or damage to the package, please refuse delivery and immediately contact our Customer Care at 7060828710 with your order reference number.
Warranty & Guarantee
- All items are delivered with a standard manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise specified).
- If you receive a defective product, please notify us within the warranty period.
- Return shipping costs for defective products will be reimbursed once the issue is verified.
- We will repair or replace defective items at no cost. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a 100% refund.
- Warranty will not apply in cases of misuse, neglect, static discharge, modification, soldering, or any unauthorized alteration.
Refunds & Replacements
We provide 100% refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item shipped
- Missing parts
Process
- Report the issue within 2 days of delivery by raising a ticket via our Support Page.
- Submit photos of the damaged/incorrect product for verification.
- Our technical team will review and issue an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Ship the product back with the RMA number clearly mentioned on the outer shipping box (not on the product packaging).
- Once received and verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable.
⚠️ Note: Due to product nature and strict quality checks, order cancellation or return without valid reason is not allowed. Oxymora Technology Private Limited reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and returns.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only if the status is Pending or Payment Verification.
- Once an order has moved to Processing/Dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via Email only. Our support team will respond within 1 business day.
- In some cases, a 5% bank charge may apply due to non-refundable payment gateway fees.
- Cancellation requests must be done within 2 days.
Return Guidelines
- If an item is confirmed as defective and cannot be repaired via customer troubleshooting or Remote Desktop (TeamViewer) support, an RMA Number will be issued.
- All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip.
- Do not write anything on the product packaging. Only the outer shipping box should mention the RMA number.
- Defective, unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt.
- Return initiation will be done within 2 days.
- Return will be delivered within 7 days.
- Refund will be credited within 2-5 days to the original payment method.
Limits of Responsibility
- We are not responsible for improper installation or mishandling of products.
- Customers must follow correct electrical polarity and installation instructions when using our products.
